Pool Passes

Pool pass application instructions.

Please note that pool pass applications will not be approved for homeowners who:

• are more than 60 days past due
on their assessments,
• have any unresolved “specifically prohibited violations”
as listed in section I. B.
  of Woodland Hills HOA Architectural Guidelines,
• have performed work without proper authorization from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) or without obtaining the required City permit,

• used items such as trash cans, recycle bins, wheelbarrows, gas tanks, chairs, or any other objects to obstruct parking spaces and prevent others from parking in the association’s parking spaces,

• provided tennis court keys to individuals for non-tennis activities without written consent from the Board of Directors.


Please contact management to provide evidence of compliance or request a re-inspection.

Pool Party

Our annual summer kick-off pool party is open to all homeowners and their families, and we encourage everyone to attend. It will be a fantastic opportunity to meet your neighbors, connect with volunteers, and celebrate the start of the summer season together.
