The Board of Directors may designate one or more committees, each of which shall include at least one director, which committees shall have and exercise the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the affairs of the Association and shall report all recommendations, actions, rules or procedures, and determinations to the Board. The Woodland Hills HOA has several active committees dedicated to serving the community. They are as follows:
- Architectural Review Committee (ARC) – Ensuring that all construction and modifications adhere to community guidelines and maintain aesthetic harmony.
- Grounds Committee – Responsible for the upkeep, beautification, and maintenance of communal areas within the neighborhood.
- Neighborhood Watch – Promoting safety and security by encouraging residents to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activities.
- Community Affairs Committee – Focused on fostering a sense of togetherness and promoting community events.
- Communication Committee – Ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information to residents through various channels.
Each committee plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of the Woodland Hills HOA and serves the community by addressing its specific needs and concerns.
