The 2025 Summer Kickoff Pool Party, an annual gathering hosted by the Woodland Hills Home Owners Association, was once again a resounding success! This year’s event celebrated the spirit of unity and camaraderie shared between the Woodland Hills and Olde Carriage Hill homeowners’ associations.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the homeowners who participated and contributed to the successful planning and execution of this event. The collaboration and teamwork among association members truly made a difference, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for all attendees.
We would also like to thank the City of Gaithersburg, particularly Mayor Jud Ashman and Council Member Lisa Henderson, for joining us. Their presence and engagement with residents, along with their willingness to share resources and listen to community concerns, underscored the importance of partnership and open communication in strengthening our neighborhood.
We are proud to share that more than 130 hot dogs, over 70 hamburgers, 14 pizzas, popsicles, desserts, and countless summer treats were served—making the event a fun-filled celebration for all ages. The Summer Kickoff continues to be a cherished tradition and a reflection of our commitment to building a vibrant, connected community.
As always, we encourage residents to remain involved with the Woodland Hills Home Owners Association. Active participation allows us to uphold the high standards of our community, enforce rules and regulations fairly, and ensure Woodland Hills remains one of Gaithersburg’s most desirable neighborhoods.
We look forward to more celebrations and shared successes with you throughout the 2025 summer season!
Warm regards,
Garfield Blake
President, Woodland Hills Home Owners Association
