Parking Lot Resurfacing: A Successful Collaboration for a Revitalized Community

We are pleased to announce that the much-anticipated parking lot resurfacing project in Woodland Hills was successfully completed on June 15, 2024. This significant undertaking was made possible through the collaborative efforts of local community volunteers and the invaluable support of the City of Gaithersburg’s Public Works department, alongside the Gaithersburg Police Department.

The City’s assistance in allowing for special parking arrangements along Travis Avenue and Tanyard Hill Road was instrumental in facilitating the project’s smooth execution. This partnership reaffirms the Board’s belief that strong relationships with city officials and organizations can truly benefit our communities and homeowners.

The newly resurfaced parking lot, complete with fresh striping and repairs to previously damaged areas, offers an enhanced and visually appealing space for residents and visitors alike. As we take pride in this accomplishment, we look forward to addressing additional parking concerns through upcoming initiatives outlined in our 2025 project plans.

Conclusion

We extend our gratitude to everyone involved in the parking lot resurfacing project, as their dedication and hard work have contributed to the continued improvement of our vibrant Woodland Hills community.
